We operate at the grassroots level across Delhi NCR, working with:

Community sports programs

Our work includes:

Free and subsidized workshops
Toolkit distribution in underserved environments
Creating safe spaces for conversations around hygiene and menstruation
Supporting athletes at risk of dropping out due to preventable challenges

In partnership with the We Care Foundation, I led Against the Current workshops to address the unique health and hygiene challenges young female swimmers face in aquatic environments.

Menstruation Protocols

Taught science-backed routines for pre- and post-swim care, focusing on infection prevention and minimizing the impact of prolonged chlorine exposure on the body.

Provided clear, practical strategies and self-care protocols for navigating menstruation during regular training sessions and competitions.
